NEGOTIATIONS BEGUN TOWARDS THE NEW CONSTITUTION
In the first days of the simulation, the work tables had long debates on the different issues that will make up the Constitution of 2025.
Each one of the Constituent Assembly members presented their ideas in the formal sessions, while in the informal sessions they maintained a high level of negotiation to obtain the necessary support for their constitutional articles.
THE RESULT OF THE NEGOTIATIONS...
THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY TOGETHER WITH THE POLITIKUM ACADEMIC TEAM DEVELOPED THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE 2025 CONSTITUTION.
The negotiations of the work tables gave rise to the development of the articles that will make up the new Constitution of the country.
After the working day, Ma. Paz Jaramillo, President of the Constituent Assembly, together with Pedro Rosero, deputy Vice-president, and the POLITIKUM academic team ordered the work of the Assembly members, in order to create the first draft of the legislative document which will be put to the consideration of the plenary session of the Assembly.
